All payments are made in the dinar equivalent of the Euro on the day of payment at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) (possibility of payment: cash, payment in installments, payment cards – VISA, DINA, MAESTRO, MASTER, AMEX):
CASH: 100% at the time of booking (contract conclusion) - payment deadline is 1 hour after the reservation is made

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR TOMORROWLAND 2026 BOOKINGS (WEEKEND 1 & WEEKEND 2)
By confirming your reservation and making the full payment for your Tomorrowland 2025 package in Boom, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. All payments are strictly non-refundable. Once the booking is completed and paid in full, the package cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified in any way.
2. Name changes are not permitted. The package is personal and non-transferable.
3. Treasure Case and Bracelet Collection: These must be personally collected in Brussels at Hotel Novotel Brussels City Centre either one day before the festival starts or on the first festival day (both for Weekend #1 and Weekend #2). Collection will be handled exclusively by a representative of Rapsody Travel & Events.
4. No Postal Delivery: Packages, including the Treasure Case and bracelet, will not be shipped to home addresses under any circumstances.
By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Important Notice – Hotel Allocation
Please note that the listed hotel is subject to availability and operational confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the confirmed hotel with an alternative hotel of the same or higher category, located within the same zone/area, without prior consent from the client.
Any such change will not affect the overall quality, classification, or core characteristics of the accommodation package. Clients will be duly informed of any hotel substitution in a timely manner once the change is confirmed.
Such substitutions do not constitute a significant change to the travel package and do not entitle the client to cancellation, compensation, or refund, provided that the replacement hotel meets the stated criteria of location and category.
